This house is by far the most well equipped rental home we have ever encountered. We have been members of a luxury travel program for years and Bryan’s house blows our other experiences out of the water. The kitchen is a DREAM and has more than everything you could ever need or want. So easy to order groceries and cook because every tool and appliance is better than the next. The outdoor space and views is truly what cannot be appropriately summed up in photos. The hot tub looks out over incredible vistas and the pool is like having your own personal resort. Not to mention the quality of outdoor furniture, heaters, private tennis/pickleball courts. We will absolutely be back.

We stayed at one of the best Airbnbs ever! The place is incredibly high-tech, with smart features that made everything so convenient. Every corner of the house was thoughtfully designed, but the theater room was definitely the highlight for us absolutely amazing! The host, Bryan, was fantastic super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

Lovely house
Great stay. Spacious and high quality property and so much to do within the house and grounds. Superb tennis court, excellent table tennis, incredible pool , well equipped gym and wonderful cinema. No need to go anywhere else. Bryan was an excellent host, very attentive and responsive but without being intrusive.

Even better than the pictures!
This house is truly amazing. Everything is top-notch and well designed. The modern design was something out of a magazine. As a foodie and a tech geek, the kitchen is something from heaven with top-end appliances and gadgets throughout. 
However what really made our stay special was the pool area! Our stay was in late July so the pool was the center of activity. From the water slide (my personal favorite) to the swim up bar and grill, our group had a blast. We also managed to play a little basketball and tennis...but then it was back to the water slide!
The location is also perfect for a little getaway, only about 30 min from SAN airport. But you really feel like you're getting away, and the views (especially in the morning) are stunning.
Bryan was a great host, very helpful and communicative. The house was in immaculate condition and he was very helpful in explaining everything and was available whenever we needed him. 
Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer...but there is always next time!

Magnificent! No need to leave the property!
First, Bryan is fantastic in managing the rental experience. Quick to respond and very detailed, not intrusive, purely helpful and considerate. The property exceeded all expectations, we knew upon arrival that we could fill our days and never leave the property. We have stayed at many rental properties, all luxury, this beat them all. Location is excellent, simple 4-5 mile drive to mall with restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone with families, or if you just want to get away for a few days and need some serenity. Finally, must repeat, Bryan does an amazing job ensuring your experience is magnificent.

Outstanding
My family and I enjoyed a weeklong stay at this property in early August of 2019. The amenities are even better than described. Pictures of the pool don't do it justice; the house is impeccably clean; communication with the owner was easy; everything worked as described; and the property feels nicely secluded. 

Our extended family group of eleven, mostly adults and older teens - but including one child, also rented the guest house and were happy that we did. I'd say that the main house comfortably sleeps eight adults. There are beds for more, but they're bunks, twins, or a pullout sofa, all of which seem best suited to kids. That being said, the guest house, like the main house, is beautifully appointed and pristine, so we were very satisfied with our decision to rent it. 

One note regarding amenities is that it costs $200/day extra to heat the pool. It's stated in the contract, but I hadn't read it closely, so was surprised. Not a big deal, and for our group, well worth the price. Do be aware though. 

An excellent stay overall, and a property that we would not hesitate to recommend.

Stunning property with fantastic host
Wow - this property is everything we imagined and more. Stayed for 6 days over the holidays with my family. Even though the weather was a bit cool we still enjoyed the pool, water slide, hot tub, and ping pong. The chefs kitchen and living area are beautifully designed and were fantastic gathering areas throughout our stay. The movie room was a highlight and we enjoyed many holiday movies. 

Finally, the host was the best I’ve ever experienced. His responsiveness and helpfulness were top notch. 

If you’re thinking about booking this property - do it - you won’t regret it.

Couldn’t have been happier!
This property is exactly as described and pictured. It was a great place for spring break for two families and three kids. During our stay, our country encountered The Covid-19 pandemic. We chose to extend our stay and self isolate here. There could not have been a better property to self isolate at! It was the best decision we could’ve made. There is really no reason to leave this property it has everything you need! The owner was extremely attentive and helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us whichever way he could. Great property and great owner.

Everything you could ever want in a house!!
It is hard to sum up all the positive praise we have for our stay at this beautiful house, but I will try my best. First off, Bryan was wonderful to deal with for planning. He was very responsive and answered all our questions. A few days before we arrived, he sent some very helpful videos about arriving at the house, working the gate and garage codes and as well some of the important features of the house. The videos were very helpful. 
Once we arrived at the house, we were beyond amazed. The location is stunning with unmatched views. The interior of the house was spotlessly clean and every feature, from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the bathrooms, was the highest quality. The built in coffee maker was a huge hit with our group…we weren’t sure how to go back to our regular coffee pots at home! 
However, the most impressive part of the whole compound is the backyard that is beyond description. There was a never-ending number of options for all of our guests, both kids and adults alike, to use and have a blast. The infinity edge hot tub with the best views on the property was at the heart of the upper portion of the back yard. Not to mention the ping-pong, basketball, tennis, fire pits, and numerous hang out areas. But, the most impressive feature of the home was by far the HUGE pirate ship pool and it was the biggest hit of the weekend. We paid additional money to heat the pool to a very warm temperature so even though it may have only been in the upper 60’s outside in February the pool was very warm and was used for hours and hours on end. The waterside and rope swings were in constant use. 
Because our group was large we also made use of the wonderfully appointed 2 bedroom guest house on the property. It worked out very well because the house is so close to the main house that it offered some privacy but you still felt like part of the action in the main house. 
This house is a 10 out of 10!!!! We had such a wonderful time that many people in our group plan to rent this house again with their own families. You could not ask for a better place to go with your favorite group of people. 


Amazing Vacation Home!
We rented this home with 6 adults and 7 children ranging in age from 4 to 12. We had THE best week staying at this amazing home! The house was clean and comfortable looked almost brand new! There were plenty of towels in each bathroom along with pool towels for our use. Our kids spent endless hours enjoying the slide and rope swing at the pool and we had everything we needed to cook every meal at home. Every question we had was answered right away and Bryan could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be back again in the near future!!

PERFECT Mini private resort for the family - STUNNING property!!
I cannot express how amazing this property is, and how professional the owner is. I have been very skeptical due to our current pandemic and worried about cleanliness and sanitation. 

Upon arrival, I was amazed at not only how the house is spotless but how the property was so equipped. As if this was our own personal home rather than a rental. State of the art appliances, WOLF range, open seating everywhere. 

Bryan the owner recommended Daniella the chef, she was incredible. This is just what the doctor ordered. 
The way the house is laid out is brilliant, there's a central meeting area (my son called the "lobby"). All the rooms are on the sides, the left, and right wing. There is a large cinema with and pool that is shaped like a pirate ship. 
The only downside is we wished we stayed longer! We thought 3 nights was going to be enough where we would get bored, but you can really stay at this property for a lot longer. 
We also order Doordash and uber eats and delivery was seamless with no issues. 
Thanks to Bryan for all his attention to detail in this home, and keeping it up-to-date and spotless. 
We are now planning to come back in July for my mom's birthday. Brayn is so amazing and easy-going, thank you so much for everything! 














A Private Resort
This was the perfect home for our family vacation. We were looking for a resort-style getaway without the need to take a flight or worries about crowds. And this home delivered. The home is every bit as stunning as the pictures convey; indeed, there are beautiful details throughout, only a portion of which are captured in the photos.

Some of the highlights for us:
• If you love to cook indoors and out, this property is ideal. The open kitchen is great for cooking and visiting; there is plenty of room to work, and numerous barstools for family members who want to watch or just hang out with the chef. Outdoors, you have a choice of a kamado grill (charcoal included) in the outdoor living space immediately adjacent to the house or a high-end gas grill in the palapa by the pool. In our two-night stay, we managed to cook at least once in each location.
• The pool and waterslide are remarkably reminiscent of the Grand Wailea – our favorite family resort. The slide itself is smooth and fast, and none of us (child or adult) tired of using it. Just like the GW, you’ll find a Tarzan swing, a large swim-up bar, a jacuzzi, and a separate grotto behind a waterfall. And there is abundant lounging space around the pool at different levels.
• The view is lovely. From the kitchen, from the living room, from the master bedroom, and from the many couches, tables, and lounge chairs outside, the view is framed by layer upon layer of peaks, with a large lake closer in. We found it particularly stunning the morning, taking our coffee from couches outdoors as the mist rose and the sun gradually revealed the landscape.
• Speaking of coffee, the built-in Miele espresso machine is amazing. It grinds the beans for each cup you select of espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.
• Not only are is there a tennis court, a ping-pong table, and a putting green, but everything you’d need to play is provided for your use.
• We lost count of the number of TV screens, but suffice it to say that there were many more TVs than people in our group. There is even a TV in the outdoor living space. And the theater is a wonderful place to watch a movie on the big screen from the comfort of the leather recliners.

Bryan was very helpful and always available during our stay. We’re looking forward to returning!
