This house is by far the most well equipped rental home we have ever encountered. We have been members of a luxury travel program for years and Bryan’s house blows our other experiences out of the water. The kitchen is a DREAM and has more than everything you could ever need or want. So easy to order groceries and cook because every tool and appliance is better than the next. The outdoor space and views is truly what cannot be appropriately summed up in photos. The hot tub looks out over incredible vistas and the pool is like having your own personal resort. Not to mention the quality of outdoor furniture, heaters, private tennis/pickleball courts. We will absolutely be back.

We stayed at one of the best Airbnbs ever! The place is incredibly high-tech, with smart features that made everything so convenient. Every corner of the house was thoughtfully designed, but the theater room was definitely the highlight for us absolutely amazing! The host, Bryan, was fantastic super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

Lovely house
Great stay. Spacious and high quality property and so much to do within the house and grounds. Superb tennis court, excellent table tennis, incredible pool , well equipped gym and wonderful cinema. No need to go anywhere else. Bryan was an excellent host, very attentive and responsive but without being intrusive.

Even better than the pictures!
This house is truly amazing. Everything is top-notch and well designed. The modern design was something out of a magazine. As a foodie and a tech geek, the kitchen is something from heaven with top-end appliances and gadgets throughout. 
However what really made our stay special was the pool area! Our stay was in late July so the pool was the center of activity. From the water slide (my personal favorite) to the swim up bar and grill, our group had a blast. We also managed to play a little basketball and tennis...but then it was back to the water slide!
The location is also perfect for a little getaway, only about 30 min from SAN airport. But you really feel like you're getting away, and the views (especially in the morning) are stunning.
Bryan was a great host, very helpful and communicative. The house was in immaculate condition and he was very helpful in explaining everything and was available whenever we needed him. 
Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer...but there is always next time!

Magnificent! No need to leave the property!
First, Bryan is fantastic in managing the rental experience. Quick to respond and very detailed, not intrusive, purely helpful and considerate. The property exceeded all expectations, we knew upon arrival that we could fill our days and never leave the property. We have stayed at many rental properties, all luxury, this beat them all. Location is excellent, simple 4-5 mile drive to mall with restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone with families, or if you just want to get away for a few days and need some serenity. Finally, must repeat, Bryan does an amazing job ensuring your experience is magnificent.

Outstanding
My family and I enjoyed a weeklong stay at this property in early August of 2019. The amenities are even better than described. Pictures of the pool don't do it justice; the house is impeccably clean; communication with the owner was easy; everything worked as described; and the property feels nicely secluded. 

Our extended family group of eleven, mostly adults and older teens - but including one child, also rented the guest house and were happy that we did. I'd say that the main house comfortably sleeps eight adults. There are beds for more, but they're bunks, twins, or a pullout sofa, all of which seem best suited to kids. That being said, the guest house, like the main house, is beautifully appointed and pristine, so we were very satisfied with our decision to rent it. 

One note regarding amenities is that it costs $200/day extra to heat the pool. It's stated in the contract, but I hadn't read it closely, so was surprised. Not a big deal, and for our group, well worth the price. Do be aware though. 

An excellent stay overall, and a property that we would not hesitate to recommend.
